1. How long does it take to get my lesson once I purchase?

Our products are all instant download, meaning you should have access within minutes of your purchase.

2. Do you update your resources at all?

YES! One of the great things about buying a 2 Peas and a Dog lesson or unit is that we proactively update our resources to reflect changes in language, fact, and culture. Once these changes are made, if you have purchased the updated lesson, you will receive the new version for FREE.
This ensures your lessons will be up-to-date and can be used for many years.

3. What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you have an issue with something you have purchased please contact us (kristy@2peasandadog,com) and we'll work together to resolve any issues.

4. How can I troubleshoot issues with ZIP files?
